Meet Our Leaders

Joann Wean

Founder and President

Joann has had experience in the sales and management of Fortune 500 clients in the telecommunications, pharmaceutical, and research and development industries since 1980. For the ten years prior to forming ATS, she served as an account executive for a large New Jersey-based consulting firm. She was responsible for initiating new accounts and creating the project development service line of business.

Jeffrey Wean

Vice President of Operations

Jeff has been with Advanced Technology Solutions since 1998 after leaving a logistics management position at a Fortune 500 company. He directs all of the operational activities within ATS. Jeff strives to improve operations, including sales and marketing, technology and project evaluation while overseeing various departments and implementing organizational policies. Jeff’s duties also include formulating policies, ensuring daily operations are managed efficiently and cost-effectively, and planning the use of materials and human resources. He has worked alongside other directors and managers in the development and implementation of corporate goals and new business development plans.
